​The homeowner invested $40,000 for labor, materials, project management and staging. Listed for several hundred thousand more than before painting, organizing, and staging.  Listed in March 2022. Sold in two weeks for full price.

The homeowner invested $40,000 for labor, materials, project management and staging. Listed in June 2022.  Listed for $100,000 more than before remodel and staging. Sold right away for full price. Wanted to sell right away or would have had a bidding war.

​Investment of $25,000 for labor, materials, project management and staging. Listed for $100,000 more after remodel and staging.  Went for full ask listed in late September, just after market slowdown. Sold in 12 days for full ask.

​Invested $21,000 for labor, materials, project management and staging.  Listed for $75,000 more than before remodel and staging. Went for $25,000 over asking in mid-October and the homeowner bought it just a year prior for $875,000.  House sold for $975,000 one year later in a down market. Sold in three days.

Lots of deferred maintenance so invested $30,000 for labor, materials, project management and staging. Listed for $75,000 more than before remodel and staging. Listed end of Oct. Sold for full ask within 1 week. ​

9191 E HARVARD AVENUE, DENVER, CO 80231

This property sat on the market for 8 months before we were hired to remodel and stage the home. The team changed all light fixtures, painted, removed a lot of their furniture, and staged the home.  The investment was $32,000 and the home then sold before it even went back to the open market.
